When said that way untainted666, I think I'd have to agree while still disagreeing. I agree simply because it is possible for their to be other races there. However, I disagree because what sephith mentioned is rather true. If they haven't discovered any different races yet, the chances of their suddenly being a new one are very slim.
But there's still potential for other races. I mean, in Xenosaga III chaos and all were heading for a new world weren't they? New Jerusalem or something if i recall. Nothing much been said about that area,it could have one or two oulandish races.
No, as far as I remember Nephilim and Co were simply restoring the land of Origin (Earth or Lost Jerusalem) by the time Shion and Co find it, it will probably have the humans guided by Nephilim and chaos living there... or their descendents depending on how long Shion and Co take to find Lost Jerusalem.

According to the Database, Earth was pretty much destroyed when the research team for the Zohar screwed the pooch. It's kind of hard for dead species to evolve. I mean Captain Matthews was shouting at Hammer for comparing them to extinct animals in Episode I.

Well I remember that part. :/ In all honest, I'm kinda bummed Xenosaga was so linear with the races. I mean, the surviving humans could have mutated as well, though they rather obviously haven't besides maybe higher endurance and strength for all the fighting. Humans, URTVs and oddly powered humans (chaos and such), Androids (I'm including Realians here, cus I kinda think they're just organic androids) and Cyborgs, then ya got the evil Gnosis. And didn't Jr. have a human/Gnosis mutant stashed away? It would have been pretty cool to see a human survive the mutations and become something new. But of course, that doesn't happen in canon. XP
